Transfer of your medical information

At this step, you have to obtain all your medical records from your existing doctor in your country which are:

• General Medical history & health record.
• Pathology reports from previous treatment.
• Reports from your doctor about your condition and treatment that recommend.
• X-rays or digitize -images of your x-ray.
• Laboratories test results.
• or any additional medical records that your physician in Thailand might request.

Then transfer them to your physician in Thailand. Close communication with your doctor in Thailand is recommend at this step to make sure that everything is received and completed.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: THIS ACTIVITY SHOULD BE DONE VERY EARLY IN THE PROCESS. AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOU WALK INTO THE PLAIN.
