When your physician has seen all your medical records and X-ray, he should get the firm idea of your sickness and treatment that you should have.  He should come back to you with his recommendations and treatment options for you and your family to decide. At this point, your might go back to your doctor in town to consult and asking for his recommendations as well. The second opinion or more will help you and the treatment team to exchange opinions to come up with more confident treatment option.

Finally, it is time to ask your physician to give you the estimation of your medical treatment expenses which should include the hospital stay, operating room expenses, anesthetist expenses and doctor fees. You should bear in mind that your treatment and other patients treatment are not exactly the same so do the expenses.

Once you obtain the estimation of medical expenses you will be ready to plan your budget for the whole trip which will be discussed later.
