It is with Great pleasure to inform you that Tourism Authority of Thailand Middle East conduct for the first time the 1^st GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Medical Road Show, covering Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Bahrain, Sate of Kuwait, and United Arab of Emirate.

It is with Great pleasure to have you part of this Medical Road Show, to show case your service as well as products to 80-100 invitees in each country made up of Government, Insurance companies as well as the Corporate Companies in the above mentioned Countries.

Below are the details for your persuasion.

Responsibilities

TAT : To organize the event, as well as invitees, pay  the cost for all common expenses

Thai Private Sector : To present themselves, as well as their properties services and  products, pay their    own expenses

2^nd October 2010    :    Depart Bangkok

3^rd October 2010     :    Arrive Muscat

4^th October 2010     :    Presentation – Muscat, Oman

5^th October 2010     :    Presentation – Doha, Qatar

6^th October 2010     :    Presentation – Manama, Bahrain

7^th October 2010     :    Attend First Medical Conference and Exhibition Kuwait

8^th October 2010     :    Attend First Medical Conference and Exhibition Kuwait

9^th October 2010     :    Attend First Medical Conference and Exhibition Kuwait

10^th October 2010     :    Depart to Abu Dhabi

11^th October 2010     :    Presentation – Abu Dhabi, UAE

                                           Depart to Bangkok

12^th October 2010     :   Arrive Bangkok

Presentation Schedule

11.00    :     Presentation for 20-30 Minutes about Thai medical services and hospitals

11.30    :    Table Top Meeting

13.30    :    Lunch

14.30    :    Conclusion

Expenses

International Flight:

Etihad has extended a special fare of 2,590AED (704USD) for the Bangkok - Muscat, Kuwait - Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi- Bangkok.

Domestic Flight:

Below is the suggested itinerary, if followed TAT will be providing transportation to/from Airport

Accommodation

Accommodation will range between 7,000-10,000 Baht per night, depending on country and occupancy single/twin.
