The following guidelines have been established by Medical Tourism Cluster to govern various aspects of advertising in the Medical Tourism Thailand website (www.medicalclusterthailand.com and www.medicalclusterthailand.org) and to clarify the distinction between Sponsored and Editorial content.

When the website provides the tool, package or feature sponsored by an advertiser, disclose this relationship will be disclosed as clearly as possible.

The Medical Tourism Cluster Thailand has sole direction for determining the types of advertising that will be accepted and displayed in the website and under no circumstances shall Medical Tourism Cluster’s acceptance of any advertisement or sponsored be considered an endorsement to the product(s) and or service(s) advertised, or promotes such product(s) or service(s)

The Medical Tourism Thailand reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove from the website at any time any advertising for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon the rejection, cancellation, or removal of any advertising, together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal.

It is the responsibility of all advertisers to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws in their locality, including applicable laws and regulations regulatory bodies. The Medical Tourism Cluster Thailand will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations but reserves the right to review all advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If the Medical Tourism Cluster Thailand becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulations or of these guideline, The Medical Tourism Cluster Thailand may remove the advertising.
